Sussman Wound Healing Tool （SWHT）

Sussman Wound Healing Tool於1997由Sussman及Swanson等人發展出來，用來當作壓瘡在經過一段時間治療後的預測及追蹤工具，Carrie Sussman，一位物理治療師，一位位於加州洛杉磯Sussman Physical Therapy, Inc. 及Wound Care Management Services公司的總裁，也是一位知名的傷口治療專家。他是美國NPUAP裡面第一個物理治療師成員，目前則為NPUAP的副會長。SWHT這個工具是採用急性傷口癒合模式其中的10個描述傷口的項目（例如有無壞死組織，有無瘀血，且只需回答有或無）以及11個需要測量傷口的項目（如深度，位置，傷口癒合時期）組合而成。其使用相當簡當，且也容易去追蹤使用
